Amado Dusman

Amado Dusman is a Specialist in the Client Solutions department who has been with Copper Hill since 2021. Amado cut his teeth in the industry on the post entry side, specifically conducting broker audits and managing broker/client relations. In the last year, Amado has been a part of implementing audit programs for several clients. He helped determine the goals of each customer, and he was a liaison with the IT team when developing customized testing solutions. Amado has helped build validations pertaining to HTS, FTA, application of Chapter 98 and 99 HTS, and reconciliation flagging.
