Blane Carroll

Blane Carroll is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker and a Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) with 25+ years of Trade Compliance & Supply Chain management experience.  Blane joined TTI in 2020 as its Director of Trade Compliance for the Power Equipment business and later assumed responsibility for its FloorCare business.  In January 2024, Blane was promoted to TTI’s Vice President of Legal Operations and Trade where he is responsible for strategic planning, legal technology, outside counsel & external resource management along with financial planning for the companies global legal department.

Prior to joining Techtronic Industries, Inc. (TTI) in 2020, Blane held a variety of trade compliance & supply chain positions with companies such as Elbit Systems of America, Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services (STTAS), Ingersoll Rand, Volvo and Huntsman.  

Blane holds a BS in Global Trade from High Point University.
