Michelle Niles

Michelle Niles is the Director, Corporate Trade Compliance at ITW.  With over 20 years of experience in the trade compliance field as well as being a Licensed Customs Broker, Michelle understands the complex and dynamic regulatory environment of trade compliance and best practices to navigate that landscape.  She also has extensive experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Michelle holds degrees in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation and Political Science (U.S. Foreign Policy) from Iowa State University.
