Shane Hill

Shane Hill leads the Import Compliance, Import/Export Operations and ATF programs at Elbit Systems of America, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Elbit Systems of America is a U.S.-based, innovative systems provider focused on developing, tailoring, and integrating leading-edge solutions for the defense, commercial aviation, homeland security, and medical instrumentation industries. 

Throughout his 20+ years career as a Licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist, Shane has been a leader in compliance with other Government agencies such as FDA, CPSC, and most recently ATF.

Shane recently moved to Fort Worth with his wife, young daughter and English Bulldog named Gus.  He is a big part of the University of Michigan DFW Alumni group, with whom he proudly celebrated the 2023 CFP National Championship.
